These terms apply to the website “mana-balance.be” and to the soundwork sessions of Mana Balance. By using this website and taking part in a session, you agree to comply with these terms.
Nature of the offering
Mana Balance offers soundwork as a relaxing, body-oriented experience with sound, silence and a gentle body scan. A session is explicitly not a medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and does not replace one. Mana Balance makes no health claims and does not provide diagnoses.
Health and contra-indications
Participation is always at your own responsibility. In case of pregnancy, epilepsy, serious psychological complaints, a recent operation, hearing problems or medical doubt, please get in touch beforehand and consult your doctor when in doubt. Mention relevant health matters in advance so the guidance can be attuned to them.
Bookings and cancellation
A spot in a group session or a private session is only final once confirmed. If you cannot attend, please let me know in good time so your spot can be offered to someone else. Concrete arrangements regarding payment and cancellation are communicated at the time of booking.
Intellectual property rights
The texts, images, photos, logo and other components of this website are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Mana Balance or to third parties. It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute or publish them without prior written consent, other than as necessary to view the website.
Personal data
Mana Balance does not collect personal data unless you provide it voluntarily, for example when you send an e-mail to book a session. Your data is used only to answer your request and organise your session, and is not passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data via jan.wielemans@devgem.be.
Cookies
This website is intentionally kept simple and does not place cookies to track you. Should this change in the future, it will be stated here.
Liability
The information on this website is compiled with care, but without any guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Mana Balance is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from participation in a session, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to this website and to the sessions of Mana Balance. In the event of a dispute, only the competent courts of the judicial district of the operator have jurisdiction.
